In your position with McGarr Insurance, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Taking inbound calls from clients and addressing their service needs.
  • Working with current clients whose policies are renewing to rewrite and retain their business.
  • Keeping up to date on clients’ policies to make clients aware of pending cancellations, documents required, payments due, or other items that need attention.
  • Providing an unbeatable level of customer service to our current and future clients.
  • Maintaining, deepening, and building relationships with our clients and agency partners.
  • Processing documents, managing accounts, and other service-related activities.

This is a service position, which means your job is completely focused on servicing and retaining our current clients. Sales-related activities will be passed on to the sales team. At least 1 year of experience servicing personal lines property & casualty business is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
